Refunds and exchanges

We will be happy to refund any item purchased so long as they are in original condition.
We will also happily exchange watch straps, spring bars and buckles free of charge if you have ordered the wrong size or colour.

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

Since 31 October 2000 UK consumers have the right to cancel their order within 7 days of taking delivery. Cancellation must either be in the form of email or letter sent to our address which is available on our about us page.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Information we collect about you include your name, postal and email address. We will not collect sensitive information from you.

All credit and debit card information is stored within the paypal system. We encourage you to read their privacy policy, which is available here.
We do not have access to your credit and debit card details.
