Refunds and exchanges

We will happily refund any item purchased within 14 days of delivery.

We will also happily exchange watch straps, spring bars and buckles free of charge if you have ordered the wrong size or colour within 14 days.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Any credit or debit card details provided to us will not be stored on our system.

Delivery

Orders are posted the same day via Royal Mail standard first class. You should receive your order within 1-2 days

International orders are posted via Airmail and should be recieved within 5 days

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

Since 31 October 2000 UK consumers have the right to cancel their order within 7 days of taking delivery. Cancellation must either be in the form of email or letter sent to our address which is available on our about us page.
